About the Role
Lane7 is a market-leading boutique bowling business in the UK, with multiple venues across three brands. We offer a unique experience that combines bowling, arcades, ping-pong, e-darts, virtual reality, and karting.
The Ideal Candidate
* Energetic and infectious personality to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Creative and passionate individual with excellent customer service skills
* Flexibility to work varied shifts and commute to our Dublin City Centre venue
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a supervisor/manager in hospitality or leisure sectors
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless guest journeys from start to finish
* Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, food orders, and resolving issues
* Maintain a fully immersive experience for all guests
* Represent Lane7's brand values and embody our vibrant atmosphere
* Enforce health and safety policies and food management regulations among team members
* Respond promptly to guest complaints and escalate issues to the General Manager when necessary
* Collaborate with management to resolve maintenance issues efficiently
* Lead shifts, brief team members, and maintain product knowledge of F&B offerings
