The Role:
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects across Hanley Energy. Your expertise in project management and data analysis will ensure that our projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards. You will collaborate closely with program and project managers, offering essential support in planning, monitoring, and optimizing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project & Program Monitoring:
Track progress against timelines, budgets, and key milestones. Produce detailed reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting project performance and areas for improvement.
* Data Analysis:
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for project enhancements. Generate data-driven reports covering metrics such as resource utilization, budget performance, and adherence to timelines.
* Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to Hanley Energy's project management frameworks and governance policies. Maintain thorough documentation to support internal audits and compliance. Monitor resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects. Assist in capacity planning to optimize resource deployment and meet project demands. Administer project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project). Ensure accurate data entry and provide training and support to users. Support initiatives to enhance PMO processes and standards. Assist in post-project reviews, applying lessons learned to future projects.

Key Requirements:
* Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field. Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
* Experience:
2-3 years of experience as a PMO Analyst or in a senior project support role. Solid understanding of project management practices.
* Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, Power BI, and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project). Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex project data and generate actionable insights. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report creation. Collaborative team player with adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Experience in resource management and capacity planning is a plus.
