Responsibilities
1. Conduct routine inspections, fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance in specialized areas (e.g., metrology, calibration, mechanics, electrical systems, instrumentation, automation).
2. Set up and maintain utilities, facilities, and production equipment, including control systems and internal IT devices.
3. Lead small-scale projects or contribute to larger projects in your area of expertise.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, agencies) to enhance manufacturing and development processes.
5. Optimize manufacturing and development operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience
1. Education: Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
2. Experience: Proven experience in a technical role, preferably within a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant manufacturing technologies.
