We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Administrator to join one of our clients based in South Kerry.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work on all aspects of Human Resources and provide full support to the HR department for growth plans and general HR assistance on human resourcing and people management operations.
Responsibilities
1. Support the HR department in coordinating and delivering onsite induction, ensuring tailored induction plans are in place.
2. Liaise with department managers and manage labour planning and recruitment processes throughout the company.
3. Provide excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills essential for this role.
4. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Administrator or similar position within the hospitality sector.
2. In-depth technical and working knowledge of employment legislation.
3. Strong analytical and organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
4. Computer literacy and proficiency with Office Suite and CRM's.
Package Offered
