Job Title: PMO Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Support Analyst to join our team. This is an initial 12-month contract with the potential to extend to 36 months.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver the PMO Portfolio, consisting of multiple large technical and business transformation programs.
* Ensure teams adhere to PMO protocols, including the Project Life Cycle and Stage Gate approval processes.
Your Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience operating within a Project Management Office in a support capacity.
* A level 7 Degree qualification in Computers & IT, Engineering, Science, or Business (or equivalent).
* Proven track record in managing projects, including project planning, resource allocation, cost tracking, and reporting.
Your Skills:
* Maintenance of project details within various systems.
* Data aggregation from multiple sources for comprehensive portfolio management reporting.
* Coordinating Microsoft Teams Meetings, including agenda drafting, discussion facilitation, minute capture, and action tracker updates.
* Familiarity with portfolio and project management software.
* Robust grasp of project management methodologies, particularly Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
* Exceptional administrative abilities and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
