A leading vehicle services provider is looking for a Driver Services Co-Ordinator to join its call centre team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who can manage high call volumes while ensuring efficient vehicle maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering excellent customer service.
* Respond to customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email within agreed service levels.
* Oversee vehicle mechanical repairs and routine maintenance in line with manufacturer and customer requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed.
* Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
* Work closely with internal teams and external contacts to meet fleet service requirements.
* Escalate complex queries to the Team Leader or Manager when necessary.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.
* Interest in the motor industry or experience in maintenance control is beneficial.
* Strong administrative and computer skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
