Full-time Office Manager role available for busy haulier company based in Castledermot, Co. Kildare. Office management essential.
39 hours per week
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Key Responsibilities
* Customs preparation
* Liaising with clients and customs agents
* Keeping up to date with delivery paperwork
* Organising and submitting abnormal load permits
* Creating shipment bookings
* Creating job orders and following-up
* Taking payments from clients via online portal
* Invoicing & monitoring expenses
* Overseeing two email inboxes and following-up on email threads
* Creating spreadsheets
* Keeping stock of merchandise kept in-house
* Other ad hoc duties and general office management
* Working on own initiative
Preferred Experience (not essential)
* Invoicing
* Health & safety
* Human resources
* Haulage/Transport office experience an advantage
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
