Seeking a proactive Software Support Technician for our client’s Technical Support Team in Kerry. Requires strong IT skills, troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional technical support, handle installations, and conduct end-user training.
* Collaborate on project teams for larger installations.
* Manage customer queries via phone/email and maintain CRM records.
* Identify and escalate software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Maintain performance standards and manage customer requests effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Background in operations or IT administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
