Duties:Liaise with internal departments to develop engaging communications plans across the firm.Manage the firm's internal communications calendar and schedules, writing, designing, editing, reviewing, and publishing.Develop strong relationships across the firm to advise and recommend appropriate communications channels to drive internal engagement.Support the creation and implementation of new tools to assist internal communications activities and lead in the deployment of an internal digital workplace.Support other marketing/communications related duties when needed.Experience / Skills:Previous experience and strong knowledge in developing and leading internal communications.Good knowledge of internal communications trends and best practices.Experience using SharePoint or other internal comms platforms is a plus.Previous project management experience and experience liaising with senior management.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good ability to write engaging messages.Excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards.Work well under pressure with a flexible approach to work.If this Internal Communications Executive role suits YOU, Call Emma on 01 845 6302.
