My client a leading global name has an upcoming need for a talented and experience Technology recruiter to join their in-house team for a contract of 12 months.
This Talent Acquisition specialist will be required to help my client scale their business and drive our technology hiring across Europe based in their European Tech HQ in Dublin.
My client is looking for an engaging individual to join a high performing team where there is a real focus on direct hiring.
You will partner stakeholders across the business to hire a diverse mix of roles from Software Engineers across functional roles such as Technical project managers & product managers.
My client is looking for someone who is passionate about technology and recruitment, but believes in candidate experience, the power of inclusion.
Successful candidates will have previous Talent Acquisition/Agency & or Ideally In-house technology recruitment delivery (end-to-end) experience.
You will have experience of direct sourcing with different talent attraction and sourcing methods.
You will have a deep knowledgeable of the local and wider Tech recruitment marketplace.
Experience of using workday a Plus.
