Sales Administrator
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to discover new business opportunities and customers.
* Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing customers within targeted growth segments.
* Planning: Develop and utilize journey plans, tools, and resources to optimize time and resource utilization.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and contacts within the CRM system.
* KPI Achievement: Meet monthly performance targets and provide regular reports to the Sales Director.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development or coordination roles, preferably within the construction industry.
* CRM Proficiency: Proven ability to use Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Office Suite Skills: Strong experience using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Target Setting: Capacity to set and meet performance targets for senior management reporting.
* Resilience: Resilient with a positive attitude and focus under pressure.
* Licence: Full clean driver's licence.
