THE COMPANY: Our client is a market leader in Ireland, representing a huge portfolio of medical devices and equipment, selling into primary and secondary care. They are rapidly expanding the team and are actively recruiting for a variety of sales positions within the organization as they develop the team. They are looking for someone based in Leinster to join the primary care division, selling a range of equipment and consumables to community and primary care customers. This role is an education and sales position, covering the island of Ireland with a huge focus on Leinster.

THE ROLE: Joining the primary care division, you will be selling a variety of rehabilitation equipment such as beds, hoists, wheelchairs, mattresses, etc., to primary care and community settings. You will cover the island of Ireland with a huge focus on Leinster. Key decision makers include physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and clinical nurse managers. This role is mostly account management and is a soft sales approach. You will demo the products in the primary care setting with the decision makers and offer training and support where needed. This role heavily focuses on education and assessments of patients, working closely with OTs, Physios, Clinical professionals, etc. The sales come from the education, so if you prioritize your education sessions, you should easily achieve your sales targets.
THE PERSON: To be considered for this role, you will come from a clinical background, with a good understanding of how the body works and functions in day-to-day life. Ideal candidates could currently be working as a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, nurse, sports scientist, etc. You will be driven, hardworking and enjoy interacting with both patients and health care professionals. If you have experience selling mobility solutions but not from a clinical background, you will still be considered. This is a great opportunity to work for a market leader in this industry and gain some commercial experience but still work within a clinical environment. Candidates without a clinical background and no industry sales experience will not be considered.
