The Role
Our HR Graduate position is based onsite within the HR Department and will primarily support the following 4 pillars: HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and our Shared Services Team. This will be a diverse position where the successful applicant will be supporting all 4 pillars on a rotational basis over the 12-month programme.
Your responsibilities:
1. Maintaining accurate reporting and updates within relevant HR systems and databases.
2. Delivering excellent service in line with HR processes and ensuring all service level agreements are achieved.
3. Managing day-to-day queries in a timely manner.
4. Managing other ad-hoc projects along with providing updates to the stakeholders as required.

Education
A Minimum 2.1 or higher in your chosen Bachelor's Degree.
