Location: Kildare, Ireland (requiring onsite 5 days per week)

Role Overview
As a Client Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate account records. Your ability to deliver high-quality service and streamline account operations will be central to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support, managing a high volume of client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Oversee the monthly distribution of prize money from multiple sources.
* Process daily cash receipts and journal entries for client accounts.
* Handle third-party invoice payments using online banking platforms.
* Maintain and update client account records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Perform credit control on overdue accounts and assist in preparing quarterly forfeit lists.
* Collaborate with the industry services team to process non-payers’ foal levies.
* Complete reconciliations, including bank and holding accounts, as needed.
* Conduct weekly audits of journal entries to maintain accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to team initiatives and take on ad hoc projects as required.
