As a Manager International Compensation at Regeneron, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, designing, and implementing our comprehensive compensation strategy across various countries outside the United States. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of international compensation practices and legislation. You will collaborate closely with global Total Rewards, HR, Payroll, and Legal teams to ensure our compensation approach remains competitive and aligned with our overarching Total Rewards philosophy. A Typical Day May Include: Compensation Strategy & Implementation: Spearhead the development and execution of compensation programs tailored to new and existing countries. Your strategic insights will help maintain Regeneron's competitive pay philosophy. Market Analysis & Recommendations: Lead participation in compensation market surveys, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance our compensation offerings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside business leaders, HR, and Total Rewards colleagues to support expansion efforts into new countries, ensuring the creation of compelling job offers. Lateral Leadership: Operate autonomously, bringing your initiative and perspective to guide Regeneron operations in emerging markets. Compensation Program Development: Design and lead the implementation of country-specific compensation programs that align with Regeneron's Total Rewards philosophy. Total Rewards Communication: Play a leading role in executing our international Total Rewards communication strategy, ensuring clarity and engagement across all regions. Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted compensation advisor for business groups within your geographic remit, offering expert guidance and support. Annual Review & Benchmarking: Lead the annual compensation review process and market benchmarking initiatives to ensure our practices are competitive and fair. Pay Transparency & Gender Pay Gap Initiatives: Drive analytics, remediation, and communication efforts to support the development of new compensation policies in Europe. This May Be For You If You: Are passionate about shaping compensation strategies on an international scale Have a good understanding of complex international employment legislation Are action oriented and operate with a sense of urgency across different time zones and cultures To be considered, you have a minimum of 7+ years experience in a related field, with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing compensation programs across various countries. A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is a plus. You're a proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint, have excellent analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
