We are seeking to hire an Application Support Analyst on behalf of our client, a global healthcare services firm. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 & 2 support services for my client's service offerings and products.
Duties:
* Handling all customer enquiries and complaints via inbound and outbound calls
* Provide first-line support on a rotational basis
* Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues/problems concerning deployed products
* Reporting to the Application Support Lead regarding support efficiency and issues affecting the utilisation of the client's software
* Understanding Soteria as a product to optimise customer support
* Maintaining compliance with business processes and policies
* Supporting the implementation of Soteria at client sites
* Developing strong knowledge of used software applications including configuration, mapping and new releases
Requirements:
* Professional experience in software deployment and implementation, ideally within the healthcare domain
* Experience in product or service support to customers
* Experience with Jira or similar software is a distinct advantage
* Experience with Freshdesk and Word/Excel
