The Role: Our Service Advisors act as the link between our highly trained workshop technicians and customers during a service visit, serving as the frontline in delivering customer-focused service.
They play a key role as knowledgeable advisors to customers regarding the care of their vehicles and explaining the value of maintaining them according to manufacturers' specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact with customers via phone, email, or in person, aiming to convert customer enquiries into service bookings when appropriate.
* Meet and greet all service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner upon their visit.
* Check on progress of services throughout the day and contact customers to communicate any changes in cost estimates, promised delivery times, or recommended services, obtaining approval and authorization.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance, and work ethic.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
About Us: We are Gerry Cumiskey Ltd, offering a company pension and operating from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have a salary of €37,000 per annum.
