Your New Role at a Successful Family-Run Bakery
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Manager to join our team in Dromore, Co. Down. Our bakery is known for producing high-quality baked goods using the finest ingredients and prides itself on its commitment to excellence and tradition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure food safety, quality, legality, and authenticity across all operations.
* Maintain and enhance compliance standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Conduct audits and inspections, develop and maintain compliance documentation, and train staff on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
* Support operational teams with equipment calibration and monitoring, and manage risks to ensure product safety and legality.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of BRCGS standards and expertise in HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, and Quality Management systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer web-based platforms.
* Desirable qualifications include a third-level food-related degree, train the trainer certification, and Level 3 or above HACCP and Food Safety certificates.
* Experience in customer relationship management, allergen training, and knowledge of retailer standards, audits, and the bakery industry will be beneficial.
