Job Title: HR Manager
You are an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge or seeking to take on a lead HR role. Our client, a major player in the engineering and construction sector, is expanding and needs help filling this newly created position.
The Job:
As a key part of the leadership team, you will cover a range of HR duties from daily engagement to strategic planning. This includes employee engagement, implementing new processes, recruitment, training programs, compensation benchmarking, managing budgets, and supporting departmental managers with their HR needs.
Your Skills/Experience:
1. A 3rd level degree in HR, business studies, or a related field is desired.
2. 4-5+ years of experience in a HR Manager or senior HR Generalist role.
3. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction is advantageous but not essential.
4. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications like Excel.
5. Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills are required.
6. Due to the office location, candidates must have a car and full driving license.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience, expected to be approximately 65-75k with opportunities for growth and development.
This role is fully office-based with no remote work option.
