What youll be doing: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
Advise managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Support HR compliance and ensure accurate documentation and records.
Conduct investigations into HR-related concerns, ensuring fair and efficient resolutions.
Assist with absence management, audits, and HR reporting.
Partner with managers to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
What Were Looking For: 3+ years' experience in an HR role, ideally with exposure to employee relations.
Strong knowledge of irishemployment law and HR best practices.
Ability to handle ER case management with confidence and discretion Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mediation skills.
A proactive, people-focused mindset with a calm and professional approach.
CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is a plus.
