Front Office Manager Maternity Cover
We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager to cover maternity leave at The Gibson Hotel.
Objective of the Role
The Front Office Manager will lead the guest experience at check-in, check-out, and during their stay, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure guests receive exceptional service quality.
* Lead the team to achieve high scores in mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
* Develop and train the Front Office team to prepare them for future career advancement.
* Assist in efficiently controlling front office departmental operations.
* Contribute to the strategic management of the hotel.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role.
* Excellent people leadership and development skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
* A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with colleagues and guests.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
