Total Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Social Work Team Assistant to support a Community Social Work Team in the Belfast area.
This is a full-time, temporary position where you will play a key role in assisting the team to deliver quality social care services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist social work practitioners in delivering high-quality services.
* Perform tasks as directed by the Team Leader, including report preparation and coordination of meetings.
* Support the arrangement of services, maintaining direct contact with service users and external agencies.
* Help supervise contact arrangements and ensure proper documentation is completed.
* Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor their well-being, including working unsocial hours when required.
Essential Criteria:
* Registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) plus 6 months relevant experience, or HNC/HND in a relevant subject with 1 years experience.
Additional Information:
* You will need to complete an Enhanced Access NI application.
