We are now seeking to hire a part time Breakfast Supervisor to join our team.
The Role: This is a part time role. The breakfast supervisor will also include shifts as a food & beverage assistant. Mostly weekend work but generally breakfast shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing the highest quality dining experience for guests of at The Park Inn by Radisson in terms of restaurant service, quality and standards.
This role will support the Food & Beverage Manager with maximising guest satisfaction by ensuring guest bookings are confirmed, gives work direction to Restaurant staff and takes opportunities to upsell. About The Role The Ideal Candidate will: · Be experienced in supervising a team · Have experience of working to high food safety standards · Be experienced in coaching Restaurant staff to excellent service and guest satisfaction levels.
