Our client is seeking a Service Account Manager to support and grow customer relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery in Ireland and beyond.
About the Role: As Service Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customer support following the successful installation and commissioning of machinery.
You'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, coordinating service operations, and promoting service solutions that contribute to long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison for post-installation customer inquiries, coordinating with local and international teams.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and relationship management.
Promote service solutions and lifecycle consultancy, including follow-ups on quotes and service sales.
Manage and negotiate service agreements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns, ensuring appropriate internal follow-up and resolution.
Provide feedback to service product management based on customer and market needs.
Support sales teams with service-related documentation and contracts for new machinery.
Conduct regular site visits and represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
Contribute to achieving annual service order targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate on new machinery projects, particularly during the installation phase.
Offer coaching and technical guidance to internal service teams and administrators.
About You: Hold a qualification in a technical field or possess equivalent experience.
Have experience in customer service, ideally within mechanical engineering or related sectors.
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Show initiative, organizational ability, and a collaborative mindset.
Are willing to travel occasionally and work across international teams.
