Job Summary:
Assist with the daily operations of our property management department, ensuring the efficient management of our portfolio.
Being part of a team of five employees.
Handling client relationships.
Managing property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and uphold a portfolio of residential properties and developments, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant, and fully occupied.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
3. Oversee tenant screening, leasing, renewals, and dispute resolution.
4. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and improvements with contractors and staff.
5. Diary and attend AGM meetings for OMCs.
6. Monitor accounts and financial performances.
Requirements:
1. PSRA C & D Licence and full, clean driving licence with access to a car.
2. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptable to new IT systems.
4. A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to manage client and tenant needs effectively.
5. Professional demeanour and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
6. A pro-active work ethic, exhibiting a flexible approach to the demands of the role.
7. Network with fellow professionals and share knowledge, get advice and support from IPAV Council Members, CEO and Staff, attend IPAV events and more.
