Job Summary
You will oversee project design, installation, and delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, managing site personnel, and ensuring timely project completion to a high standard.
Main Duties
* Lead projects from concept to completion, defining technical requirements.
* Create project plans with defined timelines, costs, resources, and profit margins.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Manage client concerns in a thorough and timely manner.
* Lead, develop, and retain staff for efficient service delivery.
* Plan resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
* Procure electrical projects, pricing contracts, tenders, and facilities management services.
* Drive teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
* Manage contracted personnel and third-party activities.
* Authorise staffing requirements, documenting and reviewing weekly.
* Maintain records and provide regular progress reports.
* Implement Company systems, including Safe Work Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.
* Ensure quality, Health and Safety, and client satisfaction standards are met.
