About the University Industrial Placement Student (UIPS) Programme:
Market Access plays a critical role in making our pipeline accessible to patients. Working with new drugs and an ever-changing environment, it's crucial that we remain flexible and create smart decisions to ensure no patient is left behind.
About the Opportunity:
The role broadly includes the following key activities and development opportunities:
* Support Market Access Manager in development of Rapid Reviews and Health Technology Assessments.
* Assist in the submission of new medicine horizon scanning.
* Actively participate at Market Access Steering Team meetings.
* Work cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and other functions to ensure achievement of AZ’s Market Access objectives.
* Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the market access environment in Ireland.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
Required:
* Scientific or Health Economics Graduate Degree or equivalent
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Able to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with strong planning and organisation skills.
* Ability to see opportunities, learn, and apply that learning to drive innovation.
* Good collaboration and teamworking skills.
