Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and Employee Relations, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement professional HR solutions to support local management in achieving their goals.
* Ensure that all HR policies and measures comply with current laws and regulations.
* Organize, manage, and monitor all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR-related topics, including legal issues and conflict resolution.
* Collaborate with the HR data analyst to deliver HR insights and inform business decisions.
* Lead Employee Relations efforts and provide support to managers.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Law, Work Psychology, or Human Resources.
* Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international environment.
