We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work remotely from home, ideally within the Leinster region.
This exciting and challenging role offers the opportunity to work with dynamic and innovative companies across a diverse range of sectors in Ireland.
Responsibilities include offering general HR guidance and support to clients, assisting with workplace investigations, updating contracts and company handbooks, and reviewing recent legal case studies.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
* Ability to work independently
* At least 3-4 years' experience in a senior HR role in a busy work environment
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Administration and IT proficiency, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* CIPD Qualification or equivalent in HR or similar field
* Experience with varied HR initiatives and employee/IR issues
