**Project Controls Specialist Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to join our Managed Service site-based team in Tipperary. As a member of the Project Services Department, you will report to the Department Manager and work closely with your Line Manager based on Site.
This role offers a flexible working arrangement incorporating a mix of site and home working. You will be responsible for managing large-scale one-off projects, as well as providing a Managed Service for capital projects to a growing number of clients.
Our site-based Managed Service teams across Ireland provide a cost-efficient and effective framework for project delivery to our clients. We take projects ranging in capital value from €100k to €15M from concept through all stages of the project life-cycle to handover.
Responsibilities
* Project Controlling: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
* Fee Management: Oversee fee structures and revenue recognition
* Estimating: Develop accurate estimates for projects
* Cost Reporting: Provide timely and accurate cost reports
* Schedule Management: Manage project timelines and milestones
* Financial Management: Ensure financial stability and profitability
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of people across internal disciplines and external suppliers.
Qualifications include a consistent track record of providing project commercial and financial oversight, strong communication and facilitation skills, knowledge of best practice analytical concepts, and experience implementing new processes and workflows.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field is required, along with a degree-level qualification.

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
