Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and leave management.
2. Partner with managers to develop robust succession and contingency plans for key roles.
3. Identify and assess development needs, supporting managers in creating departmental plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
4. Collaborate with managers to establish effective performance reviews and monitor employee performance goals.
5. Support talent planning efforts, campaigns, and resourcing strategies across all organizational levels.
6. Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
7. Assist management with HR-related issues, including grievances and disciplinary and employee relations matters.
8. Implement, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance matters.
Skills and Competencies:
1. 4 years’ experience in HR and/or L&D role.
2. Degree in Human Resource & CIPD qualified.
3. Employment Law and HR best practice.
4. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
5. Teamwork and Collaboration.
Aspects of Work Environment:
1. Half day on Fridays, and one Friday off every fourth week.
2. Participate in learning and development workshops.
3. On-site parking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €40,000.00 per year
