The opportunity:
We are seeking a high-performing Executive Search Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced search or recruitment professional—or a qualified industry expert (e.g., finance, legal, commercial)—to join a progressive and entrepreneurial firm with global reach.
You will manage senior mandates across multiple sectors and geographies, advise clients on hiring strategies, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver talent solutions that shape the future of their organisations. With offices in Dublin, London, Limerick, and New York, we offer the chance to work on international assignments with some of the most recognised and innovative businesses globally.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end executive search assignments across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the U.S.
2. Engage with clients to define hiring requirements, create detailed briefs, and shape search strategies
3. Source, assess, and deliver senior-level talent across a range of sectors
4. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates
5. Contribute to business development through networking, pitch support, and thought leadership
6. Collaborate with our research team to deliver a seamless and professional search process
7. Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic hiring advice to clients
8. Represent Phoenix Search with the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive search, recruitment, or a relevant professional background (e.g., legal, finance, sales)
2. Sectoral expertise in Professional Services, Technology, Aviation or Financial Services highly desirable
3. Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication with a consultative and solutions-focused mindset
5. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
6. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and genuine interest in global talent strategy
7. Educated to degree level or equivalent
