Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction/Commercial Administrator to join our team in Bangor.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the construction, technical or related industry and possess excellent communication and IT skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing ongoing administrative support across the business
* Handling calls and emails from internal and external teams
* Liaising with external subcontractors
* Contacting suppliers to place orders for goods and materials
* Ongoing daily administration
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction, technical or related industry
* Confident communication and IT skills
* Health & safety training or interest is beneficial
