We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our expanding DACH sales team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new customer leads and opportunities in your market/territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities through a mix of email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools.

* Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within company's key prospect accounts.

* Continuously build on core skills and product/industry knowledge.

* Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.

Your Profile/Skillset:

* Proficiency in English and German.

* Strong communication skills including phone and written communication as well as active listening.
