Job Title: Admin Assistant
An immediate start is available for an experienced Admin Assistant to join a busy department in Dublin 8.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform day-to-day office duties, including correspondence, post, typing, photocopying, and filing.
* Log all enquiries and telephone calls, prioritizing tasks and keeping the supervisor/manager informed of progress and activities.
* Assist in drafting and issuing letters, memos, and general information to internal customers, clients, and the public.
* Publish, maintain, and update local databases and records.
* Collaborate with all functions within the service to deliver planned services of your department.
* Liaise with departments and functions to combine efforts and achieve optimum service levels.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling information and interacting with service users.
