Job Title: Front Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our Management Team in a successful and popular hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Management of team members
* Overall management of the Front Desk and Back Office Administration
* Staff Training & Development
* Rostering Staff Appraisals
* Management of Group Reservations
* Collaboration with Hotel Sales Team and Group Financial Controller
Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role within a 3* hotel
* Good knowledge of OTA Extranets
* Working knowledge of the Hotsoft System (desirable)
* Excellent customer care skills
* Strong communications skills
* Excellent people management skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
