Subway Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic leader to join our team as a full-time Subway Manager. This role is responsible for the overall management of our restaurant, including operational excellence, employee hiring and training, inventory control, marketing initiatives, and customer service.
* Perform and direct overall restaurant management.
* Direct staff to ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
* Maintain restaurant safety and security standards.
* Recruit and train staff.
* Manage inventory and money control systems.
* Develop and execute local marketing initiatives.
* Maintain business records and analyze sales data to increase revenue.
* Complete and post staff work schedules.
* Recruit, reward, and terminate staff as needed.
* Communicate changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
* Ensure compliance with local and national health and food safety codes.
* Support local and national marketing initiatives.
* Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.
* Plan special events and promotions.
* Complete University of Subway courses as directed.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment.
* Experience in supervising and training staff.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
