A fantastic opportunity for Civil/Structural/Mechanical Project Managers who are looking for a move into the world of consultancy engineering in Cork. Also suitable for PM's who are already in the sector and looking for a new project.
Project Manager - Cork
Salary & Package - €70-75k, company vehicle, pension, bonus, healthcare, expenses
Our client is an established consultancy based in Cork and has been in operation for nearly 25 years. They have extensive experience in the design, administration and supervision of civil, structural and environmental engineering projects in the private and public sectors. Their projects include corporate, commercial, industrial, leisure, education and health related schemes.
They are currently on the lookout for Senior PM's to work on a project for a multinational client in East Cork.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Management and co-ordination of works on site.
2. Ensuring operations are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
3. Liaising and partaking in meetings, with the design team, the client, and various contractors.
4. Commercial control of day-to-day operations for projects.
5. Management of direct crews & sub-contractors.
6. To promote high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on site.
7. Develop and deliver the project, on time, to budget, and quality
Requirements:
8. Must have 5+ years Project Management experience in projects in Ireland.
9. Third level qualification
10. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
11. Fluent English
12. An excellent communicator and leader who is able to motivate themselves and others to meet stringent deadlines and rise to new challenges with enthusiasm.
