KNOW THE ROLE
Are you ready to lead our Limerick store? We're looking for a Concession Manager who will be the driving force behind our customer experience and team success. Reporting to the Dublin management team, you'll oversee daily operations and ensure our mission of delivering the finest shopping experience is upheld.
You’re Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service, making shopping at Bottom Drawer an unforgettable experience that keeps customers returning.
2. Sales Leadership: Lead by example as an enthusiastic salesperson, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.
3. Team Management: Oversee a team of 3/4 colleagues, managing rotas, performance, and motivation.
4. Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable displays, stock management, and ensure our store always looks its best.
5. Business Operations: Execute daily, monthly, and quarterly business plans, manage stock counts, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
6. Innovation: Bring fresh ideas for in-store promotions, advertising, and social media.
KNOW WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
