Role: Personal Lines Customer Services Executive Location: Galway City THE ROLE * Promote and generate new business, across all personal lines classes -Motor, home, farm, van, health and marine. * Process policy queries and changes in line with existing client's needs. * Support of the annual renewal cycle, ensuring client retention. * Support day to day administrative needs associated with client's personal lines policies. * Identify cross sell opportunities by asking clients what other insurance needs they have. * Provide an excellent client experience and ensure positive engagement. * Work collaboratively and flexibly to support goal achievement. * Ensure compliance with CBI, CPC, GDPR & internal policies at all times. * This role supports clients both face to face and over the telephone. THE PERSON * Experience and knowledge in a personal insurance environment is required. * APA/ CIP qualified is an advantage. * You will be customer-focused, and committed to providing an excellent service to our clients * Strong interpersonal skills are essential BENEFITS Competitve Salary DOE Performance based bonus up to 10% Annual Leave: 20 days plus Christmas Eve (where if falls on a work day), increasing by 1 day every 3 years.
