The Role
The Sales Manager will be instrumental in launching the new showroom, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing this Japanese automotive brand in the Irish market while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and implement sales strategies tailored to the Irish market
* Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales executives
* Create and maintain a showroom environment that reflects Japanese quality standards
* Build relationships with local businesses and potential customers
* Oversee inventory management and coordinate with Japanese headquarters on stock selection
* Implement company sales processes adapted to local market conditions
* Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
* Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in used car sales, with a demonstrable track record of success
* Understanding of the Irish automotive market
* Strong leadership and team-building abilities
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Adaptability to work within Japanese business culture
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Valid driving license
