Job Title: Team Lead

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project, ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with company policies and customer guidelines.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of successful Sales Consultants by providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Oversee productivity and workflow of assigned team.
* Maintain open and effective channels of communication with clients to ensure objectives are met and value is delivered through project performance and relationship management. Communicate client updates and requests to the team in a timely manner.


Key Requirements:

* Expert-level German language skills (spoken and written)
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Minimum 1 year of experience successfully leading a team
* Desirable experience in sales, negotiation, or B2B phone sales (minimum 1 year)
* Comfortable making outbound calls
* Experience in the mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry is beneficial but not required
