Claims QA Professional
We are working with our Dublin-based insurance client to recruit a Claims QA professional to join their team.

About the Role
This is an office-based position, which will transition to a hybrid model after an initial bedding-in period.
* 4-6 years of experience in the insurance industry
* Private motor claims expertise preferred
* Quality/assurance or audit background ideal
CIP qualification and strong technical knowledge of the claims process and regulations are required.
You will work closely with the team and management to:
1. Review the claims process and ensure accuracy of information and case handling standards
2. Ensure claims are handled in line with company standards and legislative regulations
3. Advise on best practices for claims handling and processing
4. Investigate complex claims and provide detailed reports as needed
5. Provide feedback to stakeholders
6. Audit providers and measure the quality of products and services delivered to customers
