Project Coordinator
Our client, a well-established medical device company, seeks a Project Coordinator to provide support until the project's completion.
Responsibilities
* Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitors program/project/system status, budgets, and timetables.
* Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
* Gathers and compiles information for reports.
* Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and coding.

* Support calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense management for the leadership team.
Event Support
* Help coordinate on-site meetings, events, and other special activities by arranging necessary resources, including room setups and catering.
Document Management
* Provide administrative support to the GWY SH&A R&D team.
* Assist in managing records, files, and other administrative tasks related to functional activities and purchasing.
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure adherence to all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards & local requirements.
