SSA are working with a Market-leading M&E Contractor seeking an Accounts and Administrative Assistant based in Dublin.
Permanent Position:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Office Based
Salary and Terms & Conditions will be agreed during interview
Working Relationships
1. Maintain good working relationships with fellow employees
2. Maintain good customer relationships
3. Keep workplace tidy
Administration Assistant Duties Include but are not limited to:
1. Providing support for management & office staff
2. Providing support for field staff
3. Keeping all maintenance records up to date
4. Ensuring prompt delivery of maintenance reports to customers
5. Keeping maintenance schedules up to date
6. Any other duties requested by management
Accounts Assistant Duties Include but are not limited to:
1. Processing / paying suppliers' invoices
2. Promptly preparing and issuing sales invoices
3. Updating the Sage accounts system
4. Credit control and debt collection
5. Keeping computer programs updated
6. Preparing weekly / monthly accounts statements
7. Reconciling payments from customers
8. Filing
9. Any other duties requested by management
Training will be provided
Qualifications:
1. Leaving Certificate standard
2. Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Experience in Sage50 accounts packages will be an advantage
4. Previous experience in the service industry will be an advantage
5. Good telephone manner
