We have an opportunity for a Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a member of the digital content team, the purpose of this role is to grow the business through the execution of the digital communications plan and to contribute to developing the Digital and Social Strategy with clarity, innovation, and passion.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work with the Brand Managers to implement the commercial and brand strategy across digital and social channels.
2. Content creation for SuperValu Social Media Channels including Meta and TikTok.
3. Implementation of paid and organic campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
4. Campaign ideation.
5. Campaign analysis and tracking, reviewing effectiveness of each activity & campaign and building insights into future planned activity.
6. Presentation of plans and results to the wider team and stakeholders.
7. Apply continuous fresh thinking to maximise outcomes.
8. Development and maintenance of effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional working.
9. Website management. Working with the UX team and project managers to optimise the structure and content.
10. Achievement of brand targets with a strong understanding of the customer segments and how their functional and emotional needs are met.
11. General duties that promote the smooth running of the Digital Content Team.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
2. A third level Marketing or Digital qualification or relevant experience.
3. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic innovative environment.
4. Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, possess strong presentation and organisational skills.
5. Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok business manager platforms.
6. Experience creating content for TikTok and other Social Media Channels.
7. Knowledge of Social media management tools and listening software.
8. A passion for Digital Marketing and staying on top of the latest trends in this space.
9. Creatively strong and demonstrate an understanding and passion for the latest trends in food, digital media, and social.
10. Experience using Photoshop advantageous.
11. Experience within the Retail/FMCG industry advantageous.
