Campaign Manager - Ireland (12 month fixed term)
Since 2014, Acast has been creating the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, building the technology which connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 125,000 podcasts, 2,700 advertisers, and c.1 billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen - across any podcasting app or other listening platform.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, Ireland, this role sits within the Irish commercial team and is essential to making sure that our advertisers and our podcasters have the best commercial experience with Acast once booking a campaign. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. While this is not a revenue generating role, it’s critical in the optimization of our sales cycle and retention and growth of our advertising revenue. The Campaign Manager will work directly with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of a campaign to management stage. This role is responsible for ensuring that our during and post-sale campaign management, sponsorships, and all commercial deliverables are of the highest standard.
What you’ll do
Responsible for overseeing sponsorship campaigns, maintaining relationships with agencies, clients, and podcasters, and managing multiple campaigns. Ideal candidates have experience with talent, social media, or podcasts; demonstrate organizational skills; and excel under pressure in a revenue-driven environment. Lead external conversations about sponsorships and ads, manage podcaster timelines, ensure high-quality asset delivery, and handle campaign performance reporting.
