About the Role
We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital acquisition campaigns for a dynamic and fast-growing online gaming operator.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies from the ground up, based on competitor analysis and best practices.
2. Digital Asset Creation & Optimisation: Lead the creation and optimisation of engaging Facebook ad creatives. Design and refine landing pages / PWAs to maximise conversion rates.
3. Campaign Management & Analysis: Execute and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns, focusing on key performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates. Perform A/B testing on LP, PWAs, in order to improve conversion rate.
4. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with retention, product, and marketing teams to ensure all user acquisition efforts align with overall company goals.
* Budget Management: Manage and optimise ad spend to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Qualifications include:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing within online gaming industry (Curacao or Anjouan License)
* Deep expertise in Facebook Ads management with a thorough understanding of the platform's policies and best practices in online gaming.
* Deep understanding of player behavior.
* Demonstrated ability in creating and optimizing digital assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and progressive web applications.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tracking, analysing, and reporting on key performance metrics.
* Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques.
* Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Fluent/Native level of Russian/Ukrainian language is a bonus.
