Administrative Support for Early Learning Initiative Dublin
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Early Learning Initiative's (ELI) Dublin Inner City and ABC programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with stakeholders regarding Memorandums of Understanding, governance, finance, and reporting.
* Communicate ELI's work through community newsletters, website, and social media.
* Manage room bookings and liaise with National College of Ireland's Central Timetable Office.
* Support ELI's Corporate Volunteer programme, including volunteer registration, garda vetting, and communications.
* Plan, agree, and purchase materials required for programme activities.
* Maintain secure records, reports, and organisational data that are GDPR compliant.
* Provide information to the ELI Director/Assistant Director and NCI's Finance/Facilities Department as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Relevant 3rd level qualification.
* Previous administration experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good time management skills with the ability to produce results to deadlines.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of College personnel, community stakeholders, and other outside individuals/organisations.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Contract Details:
* 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
* Administrator band salary: Min €31,059 to Max €43,485.
* Full Time hours.
* 24 Days annual leave.
