We are currently seeking a Group People Director to lead the People team in Aryza, supporting this growing Fintech with circa 500 employees headquartered in Dublin with offices in Canada, Ireland, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Mauritius and Australia.Client DetailsAryza is a Fintech with circa 500 employees headquartered in Dublin with offices in Canada, Ireland, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Mauritius and Australia.DescriptionImplement the people plan and iterate as the business evolvesManage change and transformation in line with evolving business objectives as a business partner to the Executive TeamSupport leaders to design and deliver optimal operating modelsUtilise people metrics and insights to influence and guide the Executive Team on people and cultureLead the People Team to develop/deliver solutions, projects and policies for the business, ensuring consistency of approach across the regions and divisionsManage and resolve complex employee relations issuesMaintain knowledge and advise the business on legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory complianceFocus on bringing corporate culture to life to attract and retain talent, driving the "one aryza" ethos and optimal colleague experienceLead the People Services Team to optimise systems, data, processes, policies and frameworksDrive the cyclical HR activities which are still new and require further embedding, e.g. continuous performance management and pay cyclesImplement talent management and succession planning frameworkAdvise and support leaders in the acquisition of talent, and drive effective skills and workforce planning / developmentSupport with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence through to integrationDrive the rationalization of employment terms, benefits and policies as part of the wider rationalization programActively coach the leadership teams and support with team dynamics and developmentBe an advocate for the equality, diversity and inclusion agendaProfileA successful 'Group People Director' should have:Successful background as a People Director or Head of HR within a complex, fast paced business modelInternational HR experienceTransformation and growth experience is an advantageFinancial Services, Technology, Fintech or Retail sector experience would be desirableLanguage skills are an advantageStrong working knowledge of employment law and framework in Northern Ireland and the Republic of IrelandA broad knowledge of UK / European employment law / frameworks is preferableWillingness to travel internationallyJob OfferThis role is based in DublinA competitive salary plus a bonus scheme.
